After 20 years, this spacious en suite was ready for a refresh. Our clients wanted a warm, modern retreat - something with natural materials, clean lines, and less visual clutter. By reimagining the layout and selecting tactile finishes, we gave them the calming sanctuary they were craving.
We replaced the oversized tub deck with a freestanding soaking tub that invites you to slow down and soak, while opening up access to the windows and wall space. No more crawling over the tub deck to open and close the blinds! The shower was rebuilt within its original footprint, and now feels elevated and serene with half walls for privacy and less glass to maintain, as hard water stains were a point of frustration in their original shower. Floating walnut vanities bring warmth and balance to the gray tile and white quartz, while thoughtful touches - like a floating corner bench in the shower, hidden towel bars, and a custom tall pull-out with acrylic shelf supports - ensure this bathroom is as functional as it is beautiful. Even the water closet got a glow-up, with a washlet toilet, soft-close pocket door, and improved layout that makes everyday use more comfortable.
