This Plymouth remodel touched nearly every surface on the main and lower levels, transforming a dated kitchen and cramped bathrooms into bright, functional spaces with a warm, modern palette. In the kitchen, we shifted the cooking zone to the wall to improve prep space, added a custom coffee station, and created a multi-functional banquette and floating desk for everyday ease. Throughout the home, new wood-look LVT flooring, earthy tile selections, and thoughtful storage solutions keep the aesthetic grounded and the function dialed in. The adjacent den with a groovy sunken seating area was updated with new flooring and cushions that referenced their collection of Southwest art.
The primary bathroom now feels twice the size, thanks to the removal of a dividing wall and smart updates like pocket doors and a larger shower. Soft sage cabinetry, high-variation tile, and metallic accent details strike a balance between calm and elevated, while the hall bath got its own refresh in a warm spin on classic black and white.
As part of this phased remodel, we updated flooring throughout the home for durability, comfort, and ease of maintenance. In the basement workout room and podcast studio, a rubber floor system improves sound absorption and protects against heavy equipment. With intentional flow and inviting finishes, every space now supports how its owners truly live - day to day, and year to year.
